UPDATE: Traffic flowing again after Highway 40 tanker fire

UPDATE: Grande Prairie RCMP says the fire has been put out and traffic is moving in both directions again.

Traffic on Highway 40 is being detoured around a tanker fire. Emergency services are responding to the incident near the Cutbank River.

Grande Prairie RCMP says vehicles have to take a different route around the scene. Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible and to expect delays in both directions.
