The 2024 Rotary Dream Home officially has a location and builder. The grand prize home for the 31st annual lottery, which raises money for community initiatives and programs will be built in Taylor Estates.
The home, according to Unique Home Concepts, is a take on the modern farmhouse style in a bungalow layout and dark, with four bedrooms and a few surprises in store.
“The success this fundraiser had in 2023 has fueled us to design a home that should get everyone even more excited to get their tickets before they sell out! We are so grateful to be a part of an honored tradition for so many local families and such a valuable asset to our community,” says Part owner and designer with Unique Home Concepts Kelly Newbury.
Raffle Manager Melissa Coulombe says they’re exicted to be able to return to Taylor Estates once again, with the upcoming dream home located just down the street from the 2023 home.
Construction on the home is far enough along that shingles are on, windows in, and work on electrical is underway. Tickets for the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie Dream Home Lottery will go on sale in December.
