Building permits issued by the City of Grande Prairie saw a significant drop from November to December of last year.
According to the latest report from Invest GP in December, 31 building permits were issued worth over $3,369,708, down from the nearly $20 million issued the previous month.
In 2023 the total construction value for the 579 permits issued in the city was $86,446,891.
