GP Storm forward recognized as AJHL Rookie of the Week, Storm remain first overall in North Division

Grande Prairie Storm forward Alec Hall is being recognized as the AJHL Rookie of the Week after two rock-solid performances.

His recognition comes after the 18-year-old netted two goals and recorded five points in two Storm wins, including an overtime game-winner.

Hall received the Viterra AJHL Player of the Game award on October 25th after a three-point night against the Drumheller Dragons. The young skater sniped the opening goal of the game and picked up two assists in the 7-2 home victory. The following night, Hall proved to be the overtime hero and added an assist in a 4-3 win over Drumheller.

Hall now stands at 12th among his fellow rookies with 10 points in 14 games played.
