Grande Prairie RCMP seeking public assistance after several B&Es, thefts near Highway 40

The Grande Prairie RCMP is looking for help from the public after a string of break-and-enters in the industrial areas near Highway 40 and Highway 688.

According to police, on January 7th and 8th, law enforcement was made aware of multiple break-ins and thefts at several properties. It is believed the incidents occurred sometime between January 6th and 8th.

As a result, the RCMP is asking businesses from the area to review any footage they may have to assist police in identifying any suspects or vehicles associated with the incidents. Police add that businesses should inspect their premises for any signs of break-ins or thefts to ensure they were not a victim of the incidents.

Anyone with information regarding the incidents is asked to contact the Grande Prairie RCMP at (780)-830-5700 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
