2025 Federal Election, Peace River-Westlock: Incumbent Conservative Arnold Viersen holds significant lead

The latest look at Peace River-Westlock’s vote count has been released, with incumbent Conservative MP Arnsold Viersen holding on to a healthy lead. 

As of 10:06 p.m. on April 28th, Viersen holds 77.4 per cent of the vote, with 137 of 273 polling stations reporting. 

Alberta’s polls closed up at 7:30 p.m. 

As of 10:06 p.m. the votes are as follows: 

Conservative- Arnold Viersen: 16,420 votes- 77.4 per cent

Liberal- Luke Markowski: 2,429 votes- 11.4 per cent

Independent- Darrell Teske: 1,282 votes- 6.0 per cent

New Democratic Party- Landen Tischer: 1,081 votes- 5.1 per cent
