The area around the new Clairmont Adventure Park will be a playground zone.
County Council has approved reducing the speed on 107A Avenue in Clairmont to 30 kilometres an hour year-round.
Construction on a new skatepark began earlier this summer, and a spray park and picnic table will be added later.
The playground zone won’t be in effect until April 1st, 2015.
