Premier Rachel Notley will be in Grande Prairie Friday for what’s billed as an “important announcement about infrastructure improvements vital to the Grande Prairie region.” The Grande Prairie and District Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the premier for the announcement at Centre 2000 at 10 a.m.
Notley was last in Grande Prairie in March 2018 to speak at the CUPE convention. A more detailed itinerary for this trip is expected Thursday.
