A man is recovering after being shot in Grande Prairie. RCMP says it happened around 5 p.m. Sunday on the west side of the city.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No further information on the incident has been released by police, but mounties say there is no concern for the safety of the public.
Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting is asked to contact the Grande Prairie detachment or Crime Stoppers.
