The Liberal party has chosen its local candidate for the upcoming election. Wayne Meyer is running for MLA in the Central Peace- Notley riding.
Meyer will be up against the Alberta Party’s Travis McKim, NDP candidate Marg McCuaig-Boyd and the UCP’s Todd Loewen.
2019 marks the first election for the Central Peace- Notley riding, which was created when the Grande Prairie-Smoky and Dunvegan-Central Peace-Notley ridings merged.
