A former NHL Goaltender and a former NHL Defenceman will be in Grande Prairie today as for the new Every Kid Every Community Speaker Series.
Jamie McLennan, who is now a TSN Hockey Analyst, and Jason Strudwick, now a TSN Radio Host, will be speaking at the Holiday Inn’s Main Ballroom from 11:30 to 1:30.
The Hockey Alberta Foundation is putting on the event, in partnership with ATB Investor Services, the GP Minor Hockey Association, the GP Athletic Club, and the GP Junior A Storm.
Proceeds from today’s event will go to the foundation’s Every Kid Every Community program, and the creation of a new ‘Try-Hockey’ program in Grande Prairie.
