Aquatera Christmas tree collection service starts January 10th

Aquatera is offering a tree collection service in Grande Prairie for real Christmas trees, starting January 10th.

All decorations, tinsel, and lights must be removed from the tree before placing them at the curb. Trees must be cut down to lengths of four feet or less for curbside collection to ensure they will fit in collection trucks. From January 10 to January 28, 2022, please place your tree one metre from your garbage cart at 7 A.M. on your collection day.

Artificial trees are not accepted for curbside collection but can be brought to the landfill. These services are available to all customers who have an Aquatera garbage cart and account in Grande Prairie.
