A 17 year old male is facing charges after driving upwards of 200 kilometres an hour and rolling his vehicle. The youth was reportedly driving east bound on Highway 43 around 11:20 a.m. Thursday near Wembley.
He was clocked by RCMP rader but by the time sheriffs turned their vehicles around, the blue Honda Civic had rolled off the highway into a farmer’s field. Somehow, he walked away from the crash with only minor injuries, and did not require medical treatment.
He has been charged with dangerous driving, but can not be identified as he is a youth.
