Grande Prairie RCMP search for suspects after tire slashing spree

Police in Grande Prairie are asking the public to help them track down those involved in a string of alleged tire slashings near the downtown core.

Officials say they responded to at least four reports where tires had been slashed on vehicles between 102 Street and 100 Street, and 104 Ave to 107 Ave at an unknown time of the night between January 6th and January 7th.

Mounties are asking anyone who may have CCTV, or dashcam footage, or were in the area over night to come forward to try and help identify those involved.

Police currently have no suspect descriptions or further information, but are urging anyone in that area who have not yet reported their tires being damaged, or other potential damages, to do so as soon as possible.
