Three charged in connection with Fairview break-and-enter

The Fairview RCMP has laid charges on several people in connection with a break-and-enter that occurred on January 22nd.

According to police, on January 22nd, officers responded to a report from a community member regarding a possible break-and-enter into a business in the area of Township Road 823 in Fairview.

Members attended the scene and said they saw evidence of breaking in, calling in the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services as a result. Together, they were able to locate and charge three individuals.

42-year-old Fairview resident Ryan Stanley Wright and 45-year-old Ryan David Fraser from the same municipality were charged with alleged break-and-enter. Both men were brought before a Justice of the Peace before being released, with their next court dates set for February 12th.

Danielle Marie Luka, a 43-year-old from Drumheller, was also charged with alleged break-and-enter; however, she also faces a laundry list of traffic safety violations including allegedly driving without registration, or insurance, failing to provide a driver’s license, and displaying an unauthorized license plate on a motor vehicle.

Luka was also brought before a Justice of the Peace, where she was released with a court date set for February 12th.
