Downtown rehabilitation project open house tomorrow

The 20-million dollar downtown Rehabilitation project open house is being held tomorrow night. Project Techonologist Conor Coney says this is an opportunity to see what the project is all about.

“in order to address the older aging infrastructure in the city like the sanitary sewer, the storm sewer, and water as well as the surface design on streetscape elements.”

This first open house will highlight phase 1 and phase 2 of the project. Coney says there will be another one later on to highlight furthers phases and stages.
Staff will be on hand to answer any questions at the open house with the presentation from 5-7:30 in the Rotary Community room at the Montrose Cultural Centre.
