Open house for Smith Storm Basin Study held next Wednesday

A meeting is set to discuss how the storm drains are functioning in the Smith area of the city. The open house is being held by Engineering Services with displays and information on studies at Muskoseepi Park pavilion on Wednesday April 6th starting at 4:30.

The Smith Storm Basin study began in the fall of 2015 and will be completed this month. The engineering staff are encouraging all residents of the Smith area to learn more about the project. They add that they would like residents to attend the meeting to voice any concerns about the current drainage that they have experienced in the Smith area.

There will also be staff on hand to answer any questions.
