UPDATE: RCMP say their investigation is not criminal in nature and won’t be releasing any information.
A man in his 80s is in critical condition at the QEII Hospital after suffering a gun-related injury Wednesday afternoon. STARS Air Ambulance says they were called to a property near Highway 672 and Range Road 95 just before 4:25 p.m.
The man was flown to hospital with life threatening injuries, although the exact nature has not been disclosed. RCMP have not yet commented.
