Oilers alumni coming to Grande Prairie

Edmonton Oilers Alumni will be joining in on a community party next week. The ATCO Oilers Hockey Clinic Community Kick-off will be free to the public. From 5 until 8 p.m. on Friday, May 26th, there will be food and alumni at the Eastlink Centre South Entrance and Fieldhouse.

The celebration is to mark the start of the 100 hockey players taking part in the Oilers Clinic from May 27th to 28th at the Coca Cola Centre.

With limited space in the clinic for 100 players, kids aged seven to thirteen applied to be part of the clinic and they were selected to go through a random draw. The Oilers’ Hockey School and Hockey Alberta run the event free of charge for youth.
