The road by the Parkside School ball diamonds will be closed for an entire week later this month. From July 20th to 26th, 88 Avenue will be closed at Resources Road, and traffic won’t have access to Resources for the entire closure.
A detour will be in place, along with signs. Transit route 2 will also be affected, and the changes will be posted on the city’s website beforehand.
Before the closure, there will be lane closures on Resources Road between 88 Avenue and 84 Avenue. They will start on July 17th but the City doesn’t expect there to be much impact on traffic. There will be signage.
