The leader of the federal Libertarian Party is in Grande Prairie today. Tim Moen will be hosting a Pints & Politics event to meet with fellow Libertarians.
On Twitter, he said the discussion would revolve around liberty in Canada, and could include rural crime, property rights, carbon tax, and the opioid epidemic. He adds that previous events in Edmonton and Calgary have fielded concerns about rural self-defence.
I’ll be in Grande Prairie this Thursday to talk about the erosion of liberty in this country.
Standing room only at Edmonton and Calgary events with many concerned about state prosecution for rural self-defence.
Hope to see you in the Swan city!https://t.co/gfu7lm75S9
