Storm hopefuls compete for spots as training camp opens

Grande Prairie Storm prospects have hit the ice hoping to earn a spot on this year’s team. Storm main camp opened on Friday featuring 40 of the top Jr. A players across North America including 13 from the Grande Peace Athletic Club. All ice times are open to the public and can be found below:

The team will also be hosting the annual Brian Nash Game on August 19th at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 cash per person or $20 for families with all money raised going to the Brian Nash Scholarship. The Storm will host its first home game of the season on September 20th against Lloydminster.
