The Grande Prairie RCMP is asking the public to keep an eye out for an airplane engine allegedly stolen from a rural property near Grande Prairie.
Police say they received a report that an aircraft engine had been stolen near Highway 43 and Range Road 53, sometime between July 31st and August 14th. The aircraft engine, according to police is a Rotax 503 with a wooden propeller, worth approximately $8,000.
Anyone with information on the location of the engine is urged to call the Grande Prairie RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
