A section of Range Road 53 will be closed for just under a month starting Monday. The City of Grande Prairie says it will be closed from Highway 670 to Highway 43 for a culvert replacement.
Local traffic will have access to areas north of the construction zone using a detour route through Range Road 54 and Highway 43. It’s expected work will be done by mid-September.
