Grande Prairie has a new Justice of the Court of Kings Bench after the announcement from the Attorney General of Canada indicating Shannon W. Davis will fill one of three new positions in GP. 

City crews were hard at work last week pruning elm trees in Jubilee Park as part of their annual winter pruning program, and the city is encouraging residents to prune their own trees and shrubs before the weather warms up. 

Grande Prairie families looking to access Inclusion Alberta programming could be out of luck, with the announcement that more than $500K in provincial dollars that would otherwise be used for Inclusion Alberta have been cut by the Provincial Government.
