Where is the run taking place?
The run will start and finish near the Theatre entrance at Northwestern Polytechnic. The course will go through Muskoseepi Park for a total distance of about 2.7km. See the map for course details.
Where do I check in? Where should I park?
Check in will be at Northwestern Polytechnic Campus outside the theatre. All parking at NWP is free on weekends and the closest parking lot to the start/finish is Lot A.
What is this a fundraiser for?
All money raised will go towards supporting youth athletes in the 2024 Alberta Winter Games hosted in Grande Prairie February 16-19 2024.
Are pet allowed?
No pets are permitted on the course.
Are strollers allowed?
No strollers are permitted on the course.
Are there refunds?
No refunds will be provided funds raised are supporting the 2024 Alberta Winter Games. The run will go rain or shine!
How do I participate as a zombie?
Anyone 13 years or older can register to be a zombie select the Zombie ticket option when purchasing a ticket. Note there are limited Zombie tickets available! If you sign up as a Zombie come dressed to scare!
Are there any age restrictions?
Anyone is allowed to participate (must be 13 years old to be a zombie) however note that strollers are not permitted.
Are there prizes?
Yes! The run is not timed so there will not be prizes for placing but there will be prizes for best costumes and draw prizes for all participants.
