City Scrub

Join the City of Grande Prairie’s annual community clean-up event, City Scrub and help make our city a cleaner and more beautiful place to live.

Residents are encouraged to take 20 minutes of their time to pick up and properly dispose of litter and garbage that has accumulated over the winter months in parks and neighbourhoods close to their homes.

Free supplies, including garbage bags and gloves, are available for participants to help clean up our community. You can pick up these supplies at:

City Hall
Muskoseepi Park
Eastlink Centre
Grande Prairie Museum
City Service Centre
Activity and Reception Centre
Large groups can also arrange for supply pick-up by emailing [email protected].

Participants can dispose of the collected litter in their curbside garbage cart alongside regular household trash.
